Experience the natural sweetness of pure raw honeycomb, freshly cut from the hive and offered in a 10oz square. This unprocessed delight is rich in enzymes, antioxidants, and golden goodness, reminiscent of a tradition my grandpa cherished—slicing off a piece to chew on the comb after the honey melted away.
Ways to enjoy raw honeycomb include serving it on charcuterie boards, pairing with your favorite cheeses, adding to Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, mixing into ricotta for pancakes or waffles, or spreading on warm toast. It's a beautiful, all-natural addition to your pantry or gift box, inviting you to savor the sweetness and embrace the tradition.
Bee Care & Ethical Sourcing
We manage our hives with a strong focus on keeping our bees healthy and our honey pure. To care for our bees, we treat the hives for mites two to three times a year using oxalic acid, an organic acid naturally found in plants, and we do not use any other chemicals on our hives. We harvest honey two to three times a year, depending on the season and how much the bees produce, always leaving enough behind for their winter food supply. Our beeswax comes primarily from the cappings, which means we do not remove the honeycomb from the hive. This is important because the bees rely on their comb for storing food, raising brood, and maintaining the health of the colony. We also move our hives away from any farmers' fields before spraying takes place to help prevent contamination and protect both the bees and the hive.
