Responsibility for the accuracy of product details rests solely with the brand, company, or individual creator. Product images and specifications are provided by the seller and may vary from the actual product. OtterList does not manufacture, sell, or fulfill products.
OtterList makes no representations regarding the safety, quality, or ingredients of any products listed on our platform. By using OtterList, you acknowledge that OtterList has no responsibility for any personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, or damages caused by products purchased through third-party sellers.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All purchases made through OtterList links are processed directly by independent brands, retailers, or individual creators (“sellers”). OtterList does not accept, process, or fulfill orders. We do not handle payment, store payment details, inventory, cancellations, returns, or refunds, nor do we issue refunds on behalf of sellers.
When you place an order through a third-party seller linked on OtterList, you are entering into a direct agreement with that seller. Any questions, disputes, or issues relating to your order — including availability, pricing, shipping, exchanges, or refunds — must be directed to the seller and will be governed by that seller’s terms and policies.
OtterList may earn a commission if you make a purchase through affiliate links. This does not affect your relationship with the seller, which governs the transaction.

The actual purchase price, taxes, shipping, discounts, and billing terms are those displayed on the seller’s website at the time of checkout, which take precedence over any price shown on OtterList.
OtterList does not collect, process, or store your payment information, and we do not issue refunds. Payment information provided at checkout is handled exclusively by the seller or their payment processor.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery of products purchased through OtterList links are the sole responsibility of the independent seller. OtterList does not handle, process, or manage shipping, delivery, or logistics.
Shipping times, methods, costs, and carrier selections are determined by the seller and are subject to the seller’s policies. Any questions, delays, lost items, damages, or delivery disputes must be directed to the seller or the carrier they use.
OtterList does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for shipping errors, delays, customs issues, or any events outside the seller’s control. Risk of loss transfers from the seller to you upon the seller’s shipment of the order, in accordance with the seller’s policies.

All content and materials made available through OtterList, including but not limited to our name, logo, brand identity, website design, graphics, text, product reviews, videos, and software (collectively, the “OtterList Materials”), are the property of OtterList or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The name OtterList™ and related branding are claimed as proprietary trademarks of our business, regardless of federal registration status. Unauthorized use of the OtterList name, logo, or brand identity in connection with products or services not associated with us is strictly prohibited and may violate trademark and unfair competition laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the OtterList website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the OtterList Materials without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law.
All product names, logos, images, and other intellectual property associated with third-party brands or creators featured on OtterList remain the property of their respective owners. OtterList does not claim any ownership rights in third-party brand content and features such content solely for informational and promotional purposes.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

OtterList uses Shopify to host and power our website platform. Shopify provides the underlying e-commerce and technical infrastructure that allows us to display products, content, and affiliate links.
For clarity, Shopify is not a party to any transactions made through OtterList, and OtterList is not the seller of products featured on the site. All sales, purchases, and related transactions are made directly with the independent third-party sellers linked on OtterList and are subject to their own terms and policies.
OtterList does not process payments, handle orders, ship products, or provide customer service for purchases. Shopify simply powers the platform; it is not responsible for product listings, payments, fulfillment, or customer support.
