Do I need a membership to shop?
No. Browsing and shopping on OtterList are free. Membership is an optional way to support our work and receive extra benefits.
Where does the 3% store credit apply?
Members earn 3% store credit on eligible purchases checked out directly on OtterList. Purchases completed on a partner brand’s website do not qualify for this direct-checkout benefit.
What happens to my price if I cancel?
Your monthly or annual rate stays locked while your membership remains continuously active. You can cancel anytime. If you return later, the membership price available then will apply.
How do the supporter stages work?
The original 500 are Founding Supporters; those spots are closed. Supporters 501–2,000 are Early Supporters. After supporter #2,000, new members join as OtterList Supporters at $7/month or $70/year. Existing supporters keep their rate while continuously active.
Founding Supporters retain their original $5/month or $50/year rate while continuously active, their recognition, and the promises of the original offer—including every future membership perk. Early Supporters receive the benefits of the Early Supporter offer.
