Along with our Verified Reviews Program (where we send reviewers products from our partners in exchange for genuine reviews), we’re opening up the video reviews to allow anyone who’s ever made a purchase from one of the brands listed on OtterList.com. This means that if you’ve made a purchase and want to share your genuine experiences with OtterList community, you can! Our shoppers will greatly appreciate the genuine feedback. Just click “Submit Video Review” on the OtterList product page for the product you purchased, and upload your video, star rating and text review there.
Keeping reviews genuine from real shoppers is the most important thing we can do to establish trust with the community and benefit everyone. For now, we’re not allowing text only reviews, as we can’t verify if someone has actually made the purchase with our partner brands. With video reviews, you’ll know for a fact that the reviewer has the product in hand.
